One Stop Shop

Worked as the UX lead on “One Stop Shop,” a digital service streamlining net zero home upgrades for residential customers in Ireland. The goal: increase adoption by simplifying the journey from awareness to expression of interest. Project ran from September–December 2024 as part of Bord Gáis Energy’s sustainability strategy.
